REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: May 25, 2026
Atlus LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) professional technology infrastructure consultancy. Because our enterprise software integration services, CRM optimizations, and database deployment architectures involve dedicated engineering configurations and customized technical resources, all commercial service engagements are subject to the following structural refund and cancellation framework:
1. Service Cancellation & Termination Corporate clients may initiate a cancellation request for active service distributions or project phases in strict accordance with the guidelines established inside their independent, signed Statement of Work (SOW). To initiate an administrative cancellation review, an authorized corporate officer must transmit a formal written notice to our corporate service desk via bilal@atlus.agency.
2. B2B Refund Thresholds Due to the direct allocation of technical personnel, custom endpoint configurations, and software engineering architecture deployment, all structural milestone payments, retainer deposits, and project onboarding fees are 100% non-refundable. Atlus LLC does not issue retroactive credit or refunds for labor allocations already deployed or technical infrastructures already staged.
3. Project Milestones & Retainers Specific project scopes are divided into clear deliverables outlined within individual corporate client contracts. Once a technical milestone is validated and accepted by a client's management team, the associated capital allocation is considered fully earned. If a project is cancelled by the client mid-phase, the client remains legally accountable for all completed engineering hours and platform dependencies up to the official date of written cancellation notice.
4. Dispute Resolution Mechanics In the event of a technical service discrepancy, deployment friction, or operational infrastructure error, our corporate desk commits to a dedicated 14-day troubleshooting window to optimize, repair, or re-calibrate the affected data pipelines.
5. Compliance & Policy Adjustments Atlus LLC maintains the right to alter, modify, or update this professional business framework to align with prevailing financial laws or global banking system requirements. For precise clarification regarding a pending account invoice or payment schedule, reach out directly to our administration team at: bilal@atlus.agency.
