REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: May 25, 2026
Atlus LLC operates as a specialized provider of custom business-to-business (B2B) systems architecture, custom integration engineering, and technical software consulting. Because our deliverables require immediate capital outlays, engineering allocations, and personalized platform configurations, our cancellation and refund standards are defined with structural precision.
1. Fixed-Scope Integration Deliverables Project-based setups are initiated strictly upon the clearance of a signed Statement of Work (SOW) and initial payment mobilization.
Initial Retainers and Setup Fees: Once active infrastructure audits, blueprint construction, or development tasks begin, initial deposits and mobilization payments are 100% non-refundable.
Milestone Outlays: Payments tied to successful milestone completion (as defined within individual client contracts) are considered final settlement for completed development stages and are completely non-refundable.
2. Monthly System Maintenance & Optimization Retainers For ongoing optimization support, platform monitoring, and workflow adjustments:
Cancellation Protocols: Corporate clients may terminate monthly recurring maintenance arrangements by submitting an official written request to hello@atlusllc.com. Termination notices must be logged a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the start of the next consecutive monthly billing cycle.
Refund Exemptions: Monthly retainer costs are processed in advance of the service term. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for active billing cycles that have already begun.
3. Technical Remediation Commitments We take great pride in the stability of our systems architecture. If an integration or data pipeline fails to perform up to the functional specifications established within your Statement of Work, Atlus LLC will allocate engineering hours to patch, recode, or troubleshoot the deployment at no additional cost during a standard post-launch evaluation window.
